1. Thông tin thu thập · Information we collect
- Tài khoản Google / email: tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện — chỉ để đăng nhập và hiển thị tài khoản. Google / email account: name, email address and profile picture — used only to sign you in and show your account.
- Dữ liệu tài chính bạn nhập: giao dịch, số tiền, danh mục, ghi chú, ngân sách. Financial data you enter: transactions, amounts, categories, notes, budgets.
- Thông báo ngân hàng (Android, chỉ khi bạn bật): app đọc thông báo biến động số dư trên điện thoại để tạo giao dịch. Nội dung thông báo gốc chỉ lưu trên điện thoại; chỉ giao dịch đã tạo (số tiền, tên, ghi chú) được đồng bộ. Bank notifications (Android, opt-in): the app reads balance-change notifications on your phone to create transactions. The original notification text stays on the device; only the resulting transaction (amount, name, note) is synced.
- Ảnh và vị trí (tuỳ chọn): khi bạn chụp ảnh khoảnh khắc hoặc gắn vị trí cho giao dịch. Photos and location (optional): when you attach a photo or location to a transaction.
2. Cách sử dụng · How we use it
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để app hoạt động: hiển thị, thống kê và đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị của chính bạn. Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo.
Data is used only to provide the app: display, statistics and sync across your own devices. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.
3. Lưu trữ và bảo mật · Storage and security
- Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị (SQLite). Khi đăng nhập, dữ liệu được đồng bộ lên máy chủ Supabase qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Data is stored on your device (SQLite). When signed in, it is synced to a Supabase server over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Mỗi tài khoản chỉ đọc/ghi được dữ liệu và ảnh của chính mình (Row Level Security). Ảnh nằm trong kho riêng tư. Each account can only read and write its own data and photos (Row Level Security). Photos are kept in private storage.
- App không lưu mật khẩu; đăng nhập do Supabase Auth và Google xử lý. The app does not store passwords; authentication is handled by Supabase Auth and Google.
4. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba · Third-party services
- Supabase (máy chủ dữ liệu và đăng nhập · database and authentication).
- Google Sign-In (đăng nhập · sign-in).
- Bản đồ: OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, Esri hoặc Google Maps — thiết bị tải hình bản đồ trực tiếp từ các dịch vụ này. Maps: OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, Esri or Google Maps — map images are loaded directly from these services.
5. Dữ liệu người dùng Google · Google user data
App chỉ yêu cầu quyền cơ bản (openid, email, profile). Thông tin nhận từ Google chỉ dùng để đăng nhập và hiển thị tài khoản, tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API, bao gồm yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
The app requests only basic scopes (openid, email, profile). Information received from Google is used only to sign you in and display your account, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Quyền của bạn · Your choices
- Dùng app offline không cần tài khoản; tắt đọc thông báo ngân hàng bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt. Use the app offline without an account; turn off bank-notification reading at any time in Settings.
- Xoá giao dịch, xoá dữ liệu trên máy, đăng xuất trong app. Delete transactions, clear local data and sign out within the app.
- Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy chủ: gửi email tới địa chỉ bên dưới, chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày. To delete your account and all server data, email us at the address below; requests are handled within 30 days.
